Terms and Conditions
(the fine print):
We want you to be happy
with what we do. But please understand we need fairness both ways. Just so
there aren't misunderstandings, here are our assumptions:

Please pay us for our
work that isn't pro bono. That way we will still be here when you need
us. We understand about cash flow; stay in touch if you're having
trouble, but please don't use us like a bank - we're just not that big
to float everyone a loan. If you're late with payment, we do expect you
will cover our cost of floating you the loan at a rate of 1 % per month,
or any part of that month. Its not that much, and paying us means you
respect our work.

Prices are subject to change
at any time. Please call to insure costs for your project.
Plus, we would love to give you a great deal on your project!

If you book us for
work meeting and you cancel, we may not be
able to recover the time lost that was allocated to you. So, in that
case, here's the rule of thumb:

If you cancel less
than 24 hours from the booking start time; you're responsible for the
whole booking;

If you cancel less
than 48 hours from the booking start time, you're on the hook for 50%.

Please don't show
up too late - we understand, but time really is money for us. We will
try not to be late for you.
